8. Returns & Refunds
IMPORTANT: Returns must be shipped to Cambodia at your expense. International return shipping can be expensive.
8.1 UK Customers - 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
How the 14 Days Work:

• You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this period

• We do not refund return shipping costs (unless product was faulty)
• We may deduct costs if products are returned damaged or not in resaleable condition
• Any customs/import charges you paid are non-refundable (contact your customs office)
Exceptions:
• Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Products that have been used or consumed cannot be returned
Given the high cost of international returns, please ensure you're certain before ordering.
8.2 EU Customers - 14-Day Withdrawal Right

• If you requested express shipping, we are only obliged to refund standard delivery costs
