It started with a backpacking trip in Oct 2024. The flavor of Kampot pepper—and the pride Cambodians have in this exceptional ingredient—captivated us immediately. After sharing the discovery with my business partner, we both returned to explore the region further. We fell in love with the people, the food, and the dedication of the farming communities.

Kampori was born from a simple idea: bring this world-class pepper to discerning kitchens while ensuring fair prices for farmers and supporting the local economy.
