Can I avoid customs charges?

No. All imports to the UK from outside the UK are subject to UK customs procedures. There is no way to avoid these charges for legitimate imports.

Do not ask us to mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue them - this is customs fraud and we will not do it.

How do I know my order cleared customs?
